We study each plot to determine the optimal harvest time and the grapes' destination. We harvest the grapes in small crates for safe transport to the winery, where they are received and placed in a cold storage chamber that allows for precise temperature and humidity control, which is essential.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp\u003eThe sorting table. The grape bunches are inspected on a double sorting table. On the first table, the bunches are selected manually, and on the second table, each berry is selected individually, so that only those in perfect condition will continue the winemaking process.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e Winemaking: Our modern facilities have been designed to ensure that winemaking takes place under the best possible conditions.
