The nose is intense and refined, with aromas of ripe black fruits, floral notes, spicy touches and a mineral background.
In the mouth it stands out for its balanced strength, with silky tannins and a persistence that leaves memories of licorice, bitter chocolate and fruit in liqueur.
El Titán del Bendito is the emblem of the Dominio del Bendito winery, a sublime expression of the Tinta de Toro variety, coming from old vines—some with more than a century of life—cultivated in poor soils of the La Jara. This wine is vinified in an artisanal way, with a long maceration in concrete tanks and aging for at least 20 months in new, carefully selected French oak barrels.
Perfect to accompany red meats, game dishes or aged cheeses. We recommend decanting it before serving. A wine to enjoy now or keep for years.
