Arrocal Village is located in Gumiel de Mercado (Burgos), at an altitude of between 800 and 920 meters. The grapes come from our own vineyards, cultivated sustainably on alluvial soils of sand, clay, and gravel. The harvest is done by hand to ensure the optimal selection of the fruit.
Fermentation takes place with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, followed by a brief maceration to preserve the wine's fresh character. The wine then ages for 12 months in used French oak barrels and large oak vats, which adds structure without overpowering the fruit.
It is a modern and accessible wine, ideal both for current consumption and for aging for a few years.
