The nose is complex with aromas of black fruits, touches that remind us of cedar, scrubland followed by spicy notes such as pepper.
Its entry into the mouth is elegant, harmonious, presenting touches of ripe red fruits and spices. With a wonderful and well-integrated acidity that makes it long.

Description
Fermentation with indigenous yeast in oak tanks. Aged for 26 months in French oak barrels selected at our cooperage. Prior to bottling, clarification is carried out with fresh egg white. Once bottled, it will undergo a minimum of 18 months of aging.
We are looking at a powerful reserve wine with great aging potential.
