Nose
On the nose, Jägermeister offers intense and complex aromas. Herbal and spicy notes predominate, with nuances of licorice, mint and medicinal herbs. You can also perceive hints of citrus and a subtle background of vanilla and caramel.
Palate
When tested, Jägermeister is smooth but powerful. It has a full body and a sweet initial taste, followed by a characteristic herbal bitterness. Flavors of spices such as cinnamon, cloves and pepper are distinguished, along with notes of roots and flowers.
Description
Jägermeister is a German herbal liqueur made with 56 carefully selected natural ingredients, following the same original recipe since its creation over 80 years ago. The result of a rigorous production process, it matures for twelve months in oak barrels and undergoes 383 quality control checks.
The best way to enjoy Jägermeister is as an iced shot (-18ºC), but its richness of nuances and excellent quality allow it to be consumed mixed with soft drinks, juices or in a cocktail.
