Shinobu 15 Year Old Mizunara Oak is a masterpiece of Japanese whisky, born in the city of Niigata, where the coastal climate, pure water, and centuries-old artisanal tradition combine to create a unique expression. For 15 years, this whisky is slowly aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry American oak casks, where it develops a rich, mature, and structured base.
