Description
Talisker, the oldest distillery on the Isle of Skye, has been producing whiskies with a maritime, smoky, and spicy character since 1830, shaped by the surrounding sea.
Talisker 8 Year Old Special Release 2024 is a limited edition from Diageo's Special Releases, bottled at cask strength (58.7%). It matured in casks that were originally charred using stones and water, then lightly re-charred, enhancing the vanilla and fruit notes. A young and wild Talisker: sea peat, pear, green apple, seaweed, and black pepper.
