Very intense violet red color.
The nose is very mineral, with abundant red fruit and a menthol background. Very complex aromas in perfect harmony with the tertiary aromas of its long aging in barrels.
In the mouth it is soft and very balanced with the nervous tannin that provides structure and freshness, giving way to its fruity and mineral character. The balance, minerality and freshness of the wine allow for great aging in the bottle.
Hacienda Monasterio is presented as a red wine from Ribera del Duero that captivates with its slightly spicy character and a maturity that promises to evolve wonderfully.
Its vinification stands out for the use of Allier French oak barrels, 30% of which are new, where it is aged for18 months.
