Notes of ripe fruit, prunes and dried apricots on a background of cocoa, followed by balsamic notes that provide freshness, accompanied by aromas of dried fruits.
Noted for its elegant tannin and balanced acidity of great freshness. Memories of chocolate and cocoa appear that culminate in a sweet finish. It is a round, long and balanced wine, ideal to enjoy without haste.

The Tempranillo, Graciano, and Mazuelo grapes undergo cold pre-fermentation maceration for several days before alcoholic fermentation begins at a temperature below 26ºC with periodic pump-overs. Subsequently, aging begins in French oak barrels for 24 months, followed by another 24 months of bottle aging.
