Intense red color.
On the nose it displays a complex aromatic range: notes of ripe black fruit stand out, accompanied by balsamic nuances such as lavender and eucalyptus, and a marked minerality. Spicy aromas of black pepper and vanilla also emerge, intertwined with hints of cocoa, tobacco and cigar box wood.
In the mouth it is elegant and deep, with noble tannins that provide a silky and enveloping texture. Its passage through the mouth is fluid, culminating in an extraordinarily long and persistent finish. The evolution in the bottle promises to be exceptional, anticipating greater complexity and richness over time.
16ºC.
Aged for 20 months exclusively in French oak, this wine combines the freshness of the high-altitude vineyard, located on the edge of cultivation, with the depth of a Tempranillo at its peak. The result is a complex, age-worthy red wine with abundant aromas of dark fruit (blackberries, plums) and spicy notes derived from its extended aging. On the palate, it is structured, juicy, and balanced, displaying harmonious maturity and freshness; it is long, smooth, and profound.
