Nose
Shy and soft at first, with exceptional delicacy and marked freshness. Little by little it reveals the sweetness of preserved fruits, where hints of red apple peel, orange peel, fresh pear and barley sugar mixed with icing sugar or marzipan can be distinguished.
Palate
More flavor and dryness than what the nose suggests. It has a soft texture, with an initial sweetness that is cut by the defined orange zest.
