Description
The grapes come from Garnacha vineyards located on hillsides at altitudes of 700–1,000 meters. They are planted mainly in metamorphic rock and clay-gravel soils.
Alcoholic fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures. Gentle pump-overs are carried out to preserve the aromas of the Garnacha grape variety as fully as possible. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is stored in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
