Casa de la Ermita Petit Verdot is a single-varietal wine that demonstrates how a classic Bordeaux grape can shine with its own unique character under the Jumilla sun. Grown in high-altitude vineyards, this wine reflects a balance between power, freshness, and elegance.
On the nose, it offers a complex array of ripe black fruit, violets, sweet spices, and a subtle hint of cocoa and roasted notes, the result of its aging in French and American oak barrels. On the palate, it is structured and enveloping, with firm yet polished tannins and an acidity that lengthens its finish.
It's an ideal wine to pair with red meats, spicy dishes, game, or aged cheeses. It can also be enjoyed on its own, allowing it to develop in the glass.
A signature red wine with Mediterranean character and international soul, perfect for those looking for wines with personality.
