Nose
In the olfactory phase it is rich, cheerful and we are inundated with notes of the Roman muscatel variety, with hints of orange blossom honey, subtle notes of orange peel and fresh mandarin, with balsamic notes and freshly cut grass.
Palate
In the mouth it is light, very unctuous and with high citric acidity that gives nerve and joy. Sweet, friendly and with a broad and delicate aftertaste.
Description
This viticulture has been with us and our culture for more than 2,000 years and is fully adapted to the special climate of the area with low rainfall and very intense summers, withstanding very high levels of humidity and salt. It is the only strain capable of living less than 10 metres from the sea.
Wine with European V-Level certification by the Spanish Vegetarian Union as a VEGAN wine. No animal materials or derivatives have been used in the processing of this wine.
