As for the Ribera del Duero, part of our grapes come from vineyards that we own. There are 23 hectares. of fine red wine (20%), cabernet sauvignon (15%), merlot (35%) and malbec (30%), which supplies us with 30% of our production. We obtain 70% of our production from our suppliers/vinegrowers. We have been working with them for many years with good mutual professional and personal knowledge. Of them we control about 100 hectares. vineyard, and from among those we choose their best grapes. Most of our grapes come from vineyards located more than 900 meters above sea level.

All the grapes come from herbicide-free vines and all treatments are organic.

As for Castillo y León Blanco, the grape, of the Verdejo variety, comes from a selection among the ungrafted vineyards in the area of Nieva (Segovia). The work with these winegrowers - as with the winegrowers of the Ribera del Duero - is close collaboration, involving them in all tasks in search of the required quality. With good incentives and joint work, excellent grape quality is achieved.
